Comparison review

The Xperia Z3 has an overall score of 77.3, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Edge 40's overall score of 77.2. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Xperia Z3 has 4.4.4 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it is also a way older, just a little heavier and thicker phone.

The Xperia Z3 has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a lot smaller display and a lot more opaque screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display. Motorola Edge 40 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Z3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

Xperia Z3 has a much faster CPU than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has less cores and less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a much better camera than Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a way larger sensor providing a lot better image quality, a much higher resolution back camera and a way larger aperture to capture better low light images.

Motorola Edge 40 has a really longer battery performance than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 38 percent more battery size.
