Moto G30's body is incredibly newer than Xperia Z3's, although it's heavier and a little bit thicker. The Xperia Z3 has a bit better CPU than Moto G30, because although it has 4 lesser cpu cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processor.

Xperia Z3 has a much more vibrant screen than Motorola Moto G30, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way higher pixels density.
