Motorola Moto G6 Plus is a little bit better than the Xperia Z3, having a 77.5 score against 77.3. Motorola Moto G6 Plus is a much newer device, and it is also somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter than the Xperia Z3. Sony Xperia Z3 has a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less processing cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra GPU.

Sony Xperia Z3 features a more vivid screen than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel count in each inch in the screen. The Moto G6 Plus has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z3, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Moto G6 Plus also has 64 GB internal storage.

The Motorola Moto G6 Plus counts with a battery life that is very similar to Xperia Z3's battery duration. Xperia Z3 features just a bit better camera than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a bigger back camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and a camera with way more mega-pixels.
