The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the Xperia Z3, getting a 98.9 score against 77.3. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a extremely newer and a bit thinner device than Xperia Z3, although it is somewhat heavier.
