Sony Xperia Z3 has a much better screen than Galaxy On7 Prime, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080px resolution, the Sony Xperia Z3 also counts with a just a little higher display density.
The Xperia Z3 has a superior camera than Galaxy On7 Prime, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot higher video quality, a back camera with a much better 20.7 megapixels resolution and a way larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality. The Galaxy On7 Prime counts with a much better storage to install applications and games than Xperia Z3, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB.
Galaxy On7 Prime has a little better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 3% bigger battery size.
