Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is way better than the Xperia Z3's 77.3 global score. Samsung Galaxy S20's body is a lot newer, somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than the Xperia Z3. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has older 13 version and Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version.

Galaxy S20 counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. The Xperia Z3 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S20, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little bit smaller screen and a way lower pixels density.

Samsung Galaxy S20 has a slightly better camera than Xperia Z3, because although it has a back-facing camera with a way worse resolution, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a bigger diafragm aperture for better images and videos in low-light situations and a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality.

The Galaxy S20 has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has 96 GB more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with improved battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Sony Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Sony Xperia Z3. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Sony Xperia Z3, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
