Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 87.4, which is better than the Sony Xperia Z3's score of 77.3. The Galaxy S6 body is extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than Sony Xperia Z3, even though both of them were released with only a couple months difference. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has a newer 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features just a bit better looking display than Xperia Z3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels quantity per inch in the display and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S6 has a bit faster processor than Xperia Z3, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a higher number of cores (although they are slower), a 64-bits processing unit and a faster graphics co-processor working at 650 megahertz.
The Galaxy S6 features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Sony Xperia Z3 has superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 3200mAh battery size.
Xperia Z3 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy S6, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a much more mega pixels back camera and a bigger back camera sensor.
Galaxy S6 is way more expensive than Xperia Z3, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
