Apple iPhone 6s has a general score of 83, which is better than Sony Xperia Z3+'s overall score of 73.7. Apple iPhone 6s's body is a little lighter but just a bit thicker than the Sony Xperia Z3+, and both of them were only released with a couple months difference. The Apple iPhone 6s works with iOS 9.x operating system, while Sony Xperia Z3+ comes with Android 5.0 operating system.
Apple iPhone 6s has a screen that's just as good as Sony Xperia Z3+'s screen, although the Apple iPhone 6s has a just a bit worse display density, a bit smaller screen and a way worse 1334 x 750 resolution. The Apple iPhone 6s has a way bigger memory for apps and games than Sony Xperia Z3+, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The iPhone 6s counts with a better performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more CPU cores , a 64 bits processor and an additional graphics processor. The Sony Xperia Z3+ has a superior battery performance than Apple iPhone 6s, because it has a 71 percent more battery size.
Xperia Z3+ captures slightly better pictures and videos than iPhone 6s, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia Z3+ also has a way better resolution back facing camera, a much bigger back camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos.
Although iPhone 6s is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 6s, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xperia Z3+, resigning some specifications.
