Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has an overall score of 83.2, which is better than Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 general score. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a more recent 12 version while Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, so it offers lots of additional features. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate body is a lot newer than the Xperia Z3+'s, but it's notably heavier and way thicker.
