Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a has a score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than the Xperia Z3+'s overall score of 73.7. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Google Pixel 3a has newer 11 version and Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0, offering a couple nice extra features. Google Pixel 3a is a a lot newer cellphone than Xperia Z3+, although it is just a little heavier and thicker.
Google Pixel 3a features just a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 7 more cores and more RAM memory. The Xperia Z3+ counts with a slightly better display than Google Pixel 3a, although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit smaller display.
The Xperia Z3+ features a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Google Pixel 3a counts with a little better battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2930mAh.
Sony Xperia Z3+ shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Sony Xperia Z3+ also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more megapixels back camera.
The Google Pixel 3a costs a bit more money than Xperia Z3+, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
