Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z3+, getting a general score of 77 against 73.7. The HTC U Ultra body is newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than Sony Xperia Z3+. Xperia Z3+ has a little bit better looking display than HTC U Ultra, although it has a bit smaller screen, a quite lower pixels quantity in each inch of display and a lot lower 1920 x 1080px resolution.

HTC U Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. HTC U Ultra has a little faster CPU than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 1 GB more RAM and more cores.

Sony Xperia Z3+ features a little bit better camera than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light images and video, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a same size camera sensor and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia Z3+ also counts with a back-facing camera with a much better 20.7 megapixels resolution.

The HTC U Ultra features just a little better battery performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 3000mAh battery size instead of 2930mAh.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Sony Xperia Z3+. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Sony Xperia Z3+, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
