Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 overall score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Lite has the newer 10 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, offering lots of additional features. Huawei P40 Lite is a newer phone than the Sony Xperia Z3+, but it is way thicker and a lot heavier.
The Sony Xperia Z3+ features a bit sharper screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a quite better screen density. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a faster processing unit than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 Lite shoots slightly better photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z3+, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a bigger camera aperture for better low light photography and videos, a back camera with way more mega-pixels and a larger back-facing camera sensor.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 2930mAh.
The Huawei P40 Lite costs a lot more money than Sony Xperia Z3+, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
