LG G8X ThinQ has a global score of 82.7, which is much better than Sony Xperia Z3+'s global score of 73.7. Both phones in this comparison have Android operating system, but LG G8X ThinQ has newer 10 version while Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, so it provides lots of additional features. The LG G8X ThinQ construction is incredibly newer than Sony Xperia Z3+'s, but it's thicker and heavier.

The LG G8X ThinQ features a more powerful processor than Xperia Z3+, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more cpu cores. Xperia Z3+ features a bit more vivid display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better pixel density.

The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ features a much better battery performance than Xperia Z3+, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2930mAh.

The Xperia Z3+ captures a bit better videos and photos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking pictures in poorly lited situations and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a bigger sensor providing a better image quality and a way better 20.7 MP resolution back-facing camera.

The LG G8X ThinQ costs more than Xperia Z3+, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
