Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ is better than Xperia Z3+, getting an 82.5 score against 73.7. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, offering lots of additional features. Even though the LG V30S ThinQ is way newer than the Xperia Z3+, it's a little heavier and just a little thicker.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a greater processing power than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and 7 more cores. Xperia Z3+ has a little bit better looking screen than LG V30S ThinQ, although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, a quite smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia Z3+, because it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal storage capacity. The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little better battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.

The Xperia Z3+ counts with just a bit better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, else you can save some money and buy the Sony Xperia Z3+, letting go some features and specs.
