The Motorola ThinkPhone is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z3+, getting a global score of 78.9 against 73.7. The Motorola ThinkPhone is a newer cellphone than the Sony Xperia Z3+, although it is way heavier and thicker. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Motorola ThinkPhone has a more recent 13 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0, providing a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
The Xperia Z3+ features a much more powerful CPU than Motorola ThinkPhone, although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Single-Core CPU. Xperia Z3+ takes slightly better pictures and videos than Motorola ThinkPhone, although it has a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution, a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and/or video in low light situations and a way tinier back-facing camera sensor giving a lot lower image quality.
Motorola ThinkPhone features a very superior battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 71% larger battery size.
