OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is slightly better than Sony Xperia Z3+, getting a global score of 80.1 against 73.7. OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren's body is notably newer than Sony Xperia Z3+'s, but it is noticeably thicker and incredibly heavier. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a more recent 10 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren counts with a more powerful processing unit than Xperia Z3+, because it has more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Xperia Z3+ has a little more vivid screen than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, although it has a little bit worse pixel density, a lot smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a superior camera than Sony Xperia Z3+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has a lot higher resolution camera, a larger sensor which offers a higher image and video quality, a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and video and higher video frame rates.
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 39% more battery size.
Although OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Sony Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Z3+. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Sony Xperia Z3+, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
