The Galaxy A31 design is much newer, but notably thicker and heavier than the Xperia Z3+.

Xperia Z3+ features just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Xperia Z3+, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.
