The Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 global score. The Galaxy C7 construction has the same thickness than the Xperia Z3+, but it is heavier. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Galaxy C7 has 8.0 Oreo version while Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
Galaxy C7 counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has more processing cores and 1 GB more RAM. Xperia Z3+ features a better looking screen than Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia Z3+, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has 32 GB more internal memory. Sony Xperia Z3+ takes better photographs and videos than Galaxy C7, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs and video in low light situations, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy C7 has a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 13 percent greater battery capacity.
