The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a incredibly newer cellphone than Xperia Z3+, although it's way heavier and thicker.

The Sony Xperia Z3+ features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a lot lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, a quite inferior pixels amount in each inch of screen and a really smaller screen. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a superior processing power than Xperia Z3+, because it has a larger number of faster cores and 9 GB more RAM memory.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a very superior camera than Xperia Z3+, because it has a lot better video resolution, a larger aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments, a back facing camera with a way better 108 mega pixels resolution and a way larger back camera sensor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much longer battery performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 54 percent greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xperia Z3+, letting go a couple specifications.
