Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z3+, getting an 80.4 score against 73.7. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's body is way newer, but heavier and thicker than Sony Xperia Z3+. Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a quite superior processing power than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
The Xperia Z3+ features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a little bit smaller display, a little less pixels per inch of display and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080. Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB and 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 2930mAh. Xperia Z3+ captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light images and video, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a bigger camera sensor and a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xperia Z3+, giving up some features and specifications.
