The Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a more powerful CPU than Xperia Z3+, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xperia Z3+ counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a camera with a lot better 20.7 megapixels resolution.
