Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than the Sony Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 global score. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0. Although the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is extremely newer than Sony Xperia Z3+, it is much thicker and much heavier.
