Comparison review

Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the Xperia Z3+, having a general score of 85.7 against 73.7. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 5.0 OS, so both should give you all the same operating system features. Galaxy S6 Edge's body is a little thicker but a little lighter than Xperia Z3+, and both of them were released only 2 months apart.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much greater processing power than Xperia Z3+, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has a 64-bits processor, a graphics co-processor and a greater number of cores (and faster). The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better looking display than Xperia Z3+, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia Z3+ has a little longer battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 13% more battery capacity.

Sony Xperia Z3+ counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia Z3+ also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z3+. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Xperia Z3+, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
