Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is way better than the Sony Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 general score. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has 11 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0, counting with a couple nice extra features. Galaxy Z Fold 2's design has the same thickness than the Sony Xperia Z3+, but it is incredibly heavier.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a greater hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 9 GB more RAM memory and 7 more processing cores. The Sony Xperia Z3+ features a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a camera that is just as good as the camera in Sony Xperia Z3+, because although the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a back camera with lot less megapixels and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a way larger sensor taking way better quality videos and photographs and a bigger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a much longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 54% larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z3+. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Xperia Z3+, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
