Comparison review
The Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is better than the Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 overall score. The Xperia 1 body is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the Xperia Z3+. Xperia 1 features a superior processor than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
Xperia 1 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a way higher count of pixels per inch of display and a bigger screen. Sony Xperia Z3+ features a slightly better camera than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia Z3+ also counts with a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality pictures, a camera in the back with a much better resolution and higher video frame rate.
The Xperia 1 has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Xperia 1 has a bit superior battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 14 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xperia Z3+. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Xperia Z3+, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
