The Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit better than the Xperia Z3+, getting a overall score of 79.8 against 73.7. The Xperia Z5 Premium is a somewhat thicker and way heavier phone than Xperia Z3+. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a superior processing unit than Xperia Z3+, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has an extra GPU and a larger number of 2 gigahertz cores.
