Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z3+, getting a 76.5 score against 73.7. Although the Xiaomi Mi 6 is newer than the Sony Xperia Z3+, it is somewhat heavier and a bit thicker. The Xiaomi Mi 6 has a more powerful processor than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a higher number of cores and 3 GB more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia Z3+ counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 6. They have the same screen pixel density, the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a screen of the same size. The Xiaomi Mi 6 features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 6 has just a little better battery performance than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 3350mAh battery size against 2930mAh. The Xperia Z3+ counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a camera with much more MP and a way bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs.
Although Xiaomi Mi 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Sony Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Sony Xperia Z3+. If you want to save some money, you can get the Sony Xperia Z3+, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
