Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z3+, having a global score of 76 against 73.7. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0 version, so it provides you lots of additional features. Xiaomi Mi Note 2's body is newer than Sony Xperia Z3+'s, but it's a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 3 GB more RAM and 3 more CPU cores. The Xperia Z3+ counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a quite greater count of pixels in each inch of display.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xperia Z3+ captures a lot better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a lower video definition and a less mega pixels resolution back camera, and they both have a F2 diafragm aperture, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 39 percent larger battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi Note 2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia Z3+, resigning some features and specs.
