The iPhone 6s Plus has a score of 84.2, which is a bit better than Xperia Z4v's general score of 78.8. The iPhone 6s Plus design is somewhat heavier but somewhat thinner than Xperia Z4v, and they were only released 3 months apart. IPhone 6s Plus counts with iOS 9.x OS, while Xperia Z4v counts with Android 5.1 OS.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia Z4v, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and lesser and slower cores, it also counts with a better graphics processor and a 64-bit CPU. The Xperia Z4v features a slightly better looking display than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a greater count of pixels per inch of display.
IPhone 6s Plus features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia Z4v, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Xperia Z4v captures clearer pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia Z4v also has a way larger camera sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality, a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera and a larger aperture for better low light photos and videos.

Although Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z4v. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 6s Plus, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xperia Z4v, resigning some features and specs.
