Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ has a global score of 82.5, which is just a bit better than the Xperia Z4v's general score of 78.8. The LG V30S ThinQ construction is notably newer, a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Xperia Z4v. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1.

The Sony Xperia Z4v features a much better screen than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a bit better pixel amount in each inch of display. The LG V30S ThinQ features a much better memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z4v, because it has an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 96 GB more internal memory.

The LG V30S ThinQ and Sony Xperia Z4v both feature similar CPUs, because although the LG V30S ThinQ has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The Sony Xperia Z4v takes a bit better videos and photos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking photos and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Sony Xperia Z4v also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution and a way larger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little better battery lifetime than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 10 percent greater battery size.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia Z4v. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Xperia Z4v, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
