The Xperia Z4v is just a bit better than the Moto G7 Plus, having a overall score of 78.8 against 76.1. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Xperia Z4v has older 5.1 version and Moto G7 Plus has Android 10 version. Even though the Xperia Z4v is older and a little thicker than Moto G7 Plus, it's design is still just a little lighter.

Xperia Z4v features an incredibly better looking screen than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a greater display pixel density. Motorola Moto G7 Plus features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage.

Xperia Z4v features a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia Z4v also counts with an extra GPU. Xperia Z4v has a little bit better camera than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a much higher 20.7 MP resolution back facing camera and a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality.

Moto G7 Plus counts with a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Sony Xperia Z4v.
