Motorola razr (2020) takes better videos and photos than Xperia Z4v, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low-light situations, a back-facing camera with way more megapixels and a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality photos.

The Xperia Z4v features a little better battery lifetime than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 7 percent bigger battery size.

Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia Z4v. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xperia Z4v, letting go a couple specifications.
