Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Xperia Z4v, getting a global score of 98.9 against 78.8. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1 version, so it counts with some extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is extremely newer and just a bit thinner than the Xperia Z4v's, although it's incredibly heavier.

The Sony Xperia Z4v counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Z4v, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better hardware performance than Xperia Z4v, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a really longer battery duration than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures a lot better photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution, a lot higher video quality, a lot larger camera sensor and a larger camera aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited environments.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia Z4v. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xperia Z4v, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
