Comparison review

The Xperia 1 III is better than the Sony Xperia Z4v, with a 93.3 score against 78.8. The Xperia 1 III body is newer and a bit thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Sony Xperia Z4v. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 III has 11 version and Sony Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1, giving some nice extra features and some performance improvements.

Xperia 1 III features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia Z4v, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Xperia Z4v counts with a little sharper display than Xperia 1 III, although it has a way worse 2560 x 1440 resolution, a much smaller display and a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen.

Xperia 1 III features much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z4v, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 III has a really longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z4v, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

The Xperia 1 III counts with just a bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z4v, because although it has a way less megapixels back facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low light photography and a way bigger camera sensor capturing lot better quality photographs.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than Sony Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Sony Xperia Z4v. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Sony Xperia Z4v, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
