Comparison review
Google Nexus 6 has an overall score of 81.1, which is a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact's general score of 75.1. Both of these devices come with the same Android 5.1 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide identical OS features. Even being the best cellphone in this review, the Google Nexus 6 is an older, somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier cellphone than the Xperia Z5 Compact.
The Google Nexus 6 has a bit faster processing unit than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has 4 less cores (but faster), it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a better 500 megahertz graphics processor. The Google Nexus 6 counts with a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a way larger screen, a way better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a much greater display pixels density.
The Xperia Z5 Compact captures much clearer photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 Compact also has a much more mega pixels back camera and a bigger aperture to capture better captures and videos in poorly lited environments.
Xperia Z5 Compact has a bigger memory for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 200 GB. Google Nexus 6 has superior battery life than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 19 percent larger battery size.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
