Comparison review
Huawei P30 has a general score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact's overall score of 75.1. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS, but Huawei P30 has a newer 10 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1, offering a couple additional features and optimized performance. Even though the Huawei P30 is somewhat heavier than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, it's somewhat thinner and way newer.
Huawei P30 counts with a little better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P30 also counts with more RAM memory. Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a bit better display than Huawei P30, although it has a much smaller screen, a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a quite worse screen pixel density.
The Huawei P30 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia Z5 Compact, and although they both have the same video resolution, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P30 also has a lot more MP back-facing camera and a way larger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photographs.
Huawei P30 counts with more memory to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Huawei P30 features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 3650mAh battery capacity against 2700mAh.
The Huawei P30 is more expensive than the Xperia Z5 Compact, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
