Comparison review

Motorola Moto Z3 is a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact, with a score of 77.6 against 75.1. Motorola Moto Z3 is a newer and much thinner cellphone than Xperia Z5 Compact, but it is somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Motorola Moto Z3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1.

The Moto Z3 has a processor that is just as good as the processor in Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although the Moto Z3 has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM. The Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has a bit more vivid screen than Moto Z3, although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720 and a much smaller display.

The Moto Z3 features a very superior storage to install games and applications than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Sony Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a superior camera than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact also has a camera with way more megapixels, a bigger aperture to take better low light photography and videos and a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos.

The Moto Z3 counts with just a little better battery duration than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Moto Z3 is also by far the cheapest.
