Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 Pro is slightly better than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, having a 77.2 score against 75.1. The OnePlus 8 Pro is a way newer and just a little thinner cellphone than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, but it's also notably heavier. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a much better display than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a lot better quantity of pixels per screen inch, a lot bigger screen and a much better resolution of 1440 x 3168.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit better CPU than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 Pro takes much better videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Compact, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a much more mega pixels back-facing camera, faster video frame rates and a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a very superior battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 4510mAh battery size.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, letting go a couple features and specifications.
