Comparison review
Galaxy A31 has a general score of 81.3, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact's general score of 75.1. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy A31 has 10 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1 version, providing some nice extra features and optimized performance. The Galaxy A31 is a much newer and a bit thinner device than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, although it's notably heavier.
The Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A31, although it has a much smaller display, a little bit less pixels per inch in the display and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has 64 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact also counts with an extra graphics processor. Galaxy A31 counts with a slightly better camera than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality and a back camera with a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution.
