Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is much better than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, having a global score of 90.8 against 75.1. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 construction is much newer and just a little bit thinner, but noticeably heavier than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.

Sony Xperia Z5 Compact features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Note 20, although it has a little bit worse screen density, a really smaller display and a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720. The Galaxy Note 20 features a greater storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

Galaxy Note 20 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has a much lower 12 mega-pixels resolution camera, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy Note 20 features a superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z5 Compact, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
