The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is way better than the Xperia Z5 Compact's general score of 75.1. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version while Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot heavier than Xperia Z5 Compact, it's a bit thinner and also much newer.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a lot better 1440 x 3088 resolution, a really bigger screen and a lot greater pixels amount per inch in the screen. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little bit better processing power than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also counts with a higher amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots way better pictures and videos than Xperia Z5 Compact, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a much better video resolution, a much larger back camera sensor providing a way better image quality and a back camera with a much better resolution.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a very superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way more expensive than Xperia Z5 Compact, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
