Comparison review
The Galaxy Note4 is just a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact, having a global score of 77.6 against 75.1. The Galaxy Note4 construction is just a little thinner than Xperia Z5 Compact, although it is way heavier and was released around 11 months before. Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Samsung Galaxy Note4 counts with a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has way more pixels per screen inch, a lot higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a larger display. The Xperia Z5 Compact features just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note4, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 Compact also has a back facing camera with a way higher resolution, a larger camera aperture for better low light images and videos and a larger sensor taking better quality photographs and videos.
The Xperia Z5 Compact has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia Z5 Compact also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 200 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note4 has better battery life than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 3220mAh battery size.
