Comparison review
The Galaxy S7 is just a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact, having a general score of 79.5 against 75.1. Even though the Galaxy S7 and the Xperia Z5 Compact were released only 6 months apart, the Galaxy S7 construction is just a bit heavier but somewhat thinner than the Xperia Z5 Compact. Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores and an extra graphics processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy S7 has a much better screen than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a quite bigger screen, a way better display pixels density and a much better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The Galaxy S7 has as much memory to store more apps and games as Xperia Z5 Compact, both of them have equal 32 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 200 GB.
The Galaxy S7 features a bit better battery performance than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. Xperia Z5 Compact has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting images and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Xperia Z5 Compact also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a better image and video quality and a back camera with much more MP.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy S7 is also by far the cheapest.
