Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is slightly better than Xperia Z5 Compact's overall score of 75.1. Sony Xperia XZ Premium's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also extremely heavier than the Xperia Z5 Compact. Xperia XZ Premium counts with greater battery duration than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 20% bigger battery capacity. The Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a bit better camera than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a same size sensor, the Xperia Z5 Compact also has a back camera with a better resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video.
