Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a global score of 86.6, which is better than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact's 75.1 overall score. Xiaomi Black Shark 3's design is way newer than the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact's, although it is somewhat thicker and way heavier. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a newer 10 version while Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1 version.
Sony Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, although it has a much smaller screen, a little worse quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a lot lower 1280 x 720 resolution. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a bit faster processor than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also counts with a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Compact, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a much larger sensor shooting way better quality photos and videos, better 60 fps video frame rates and a much better 64 megapixels resolution camera.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 4720mAh battery size.
