Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact, getting a 76.6 score against 75.1. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a newer 10 version while Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1 version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a much heavier phone than Xperia Z5 Compact, but both are equally thin.
Xperia Z5 Compact has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Compact also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Sony Xperia Z5 Compact counts with a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although it has a much smaller display, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a just a little worse quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, and although they both have the same aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera and a larger back-facing camera sensor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a better memory capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has an external SD slot that allows 72 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery performance than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 2700mAh.
In addition to being the best phone in our current comparison, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
