Comparison review
The LG Velvet is just a bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium, having an 87.1 score against 79.8. LG Velvet's body has the same thickness and weight than the Xperia Z5 Premium. The Xperia Z5 Premium has a lot better looking screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher pixels density and a much higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px.
The LG Velvet has a superior memory for games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Xperia Z5 Premium and LG Velvet feature quite similar CPUs, because although the LG Velvet has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
The LG Velvet counts with improved battery performance than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity. The LG Velvet counts with a bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG Velvet also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality and a much more megapixels back-facing camera.
LG Velvet not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one, making this phone an obvious call.
