The Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit better than the Galaxy A20s, with a global score of 79.8 against 77. Xperia Z5 Premium's design has the same thickness than Galaxy A20s, but it is just a bit lighter. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia Z5 Premium has the previous 5.1 version and Galaxy A20s has Android 11.

The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixels amount per screen inch and a much higher 3840 x 2160 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A20s has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB.

Xperia Z5 Premium has a little better processing power than Galaxy A20s, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a superior camera than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a much better resolution camera, a lot better 3840x2160 video quality and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.

Galaxy A20s counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
