Comparison review

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A21's global score of 76.1. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium body is just a bit lighter and a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A21, although it was released 5 years before. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy A21 has Android 10 version.

The Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 3 GB of RAM, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has an extra graphics co-processor. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixel amount per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 3840 x 2160px.

Galaxy A21 has a quite bigger memory to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy A21 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A21 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 17% bigger battery capacity.

Xperia Z5 Premium features a superior camera than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures.

Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A21. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A21, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
