Samsung Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 score. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Fold is a newer and somewhat thinner phone than Xperia Z5 Premium, but it's noticeably heavier.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a way better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a lot greater pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Fold counts with just a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Fold also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Xperia Z5 Premium takes clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with a much higher 23 megapixels resolution.
Galaxy Fold has longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 28 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium.
